Avera Marshall is now seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join their team!

Job Summary
- Provide customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities
- Deliver timely responses to inquiries regarding eligibility, claims, benefits, and appeal rights
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a call center and/or medical practice desired.
- Position requires excellent telephone communication skills, and a high level of skill in entering data into the computer while talking with patients
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 4 days a week; 56 hours every 2 weeks
- Rotating day off each week
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
