Avera Marshall is now seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join their team!

Job Summary

  • Provide customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities
  • Deliver timely responses to inquiries regarding eligibility, claims, benefits, and appeal rights

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a call center and/or medical practice desired.
  • Position requires excellent telephone communication skills, and a high level of skill in entering data into the computer while talking with patients

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 4 days a week; 56 hours every 2 weeks
  • Rotating day off each week


The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $17.00 - $21.25
